The note is logged on the client's CRM contact. When the period ends, the client comes back on the list if the warning still applies.

Checks each contact in the current filter against the internet (does the practice exist at the recorded address/phone?) and files suggestions for your review. Contacts that already have a pending or accepted suggestion are skipped.

First row must be headers. Recognised columns (English or Hebrew): first name, last name or full name, email, mobile/phone, city, specialty, clinic, license. Rows whose email or mobile already exists in the CRM are skipped.
